Aaron Weissberger has almost 25 years of experience in serving both the public
and private sectors. Aaron has Big Four experience with E&Y as well
as PWC which lends extensive experience in working with clients
and building solutions to meet diverse political and operational
needs. Aaron has both business and technology
strategy skills as well as process change management experience.
Aaron keeps the
business purpose of the technology, regardless of its functional
purpose, at the forefront of the organization and leads the way in
interlinking information technology as a core component of the business
organization. He has experience in High Technology, Pharma and
Life Sciences, Services Organizations,
Finance, Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing and Government.
Aaron has also held key Executive Positions in building and growing
businesses and brings his diverse experience to assist clients in
all facets of their business needs.

the organization, business process management, opening/closing facilities, contract and legal
negotiations and human resources. Enjoy designing the corporate
processes to optimize the efficiency of the company while making
sure controls are appropriate to meet financial reporting needs. |

implementation, development, customization, on/off shore
development and outsourcing and

Financial executive with broad experience in
all aspects of accounting, auditing, financial management and
applicable technology. Direct experience with software, financial
consulting, business strategy and venture capital. Interested
in early-stage startups as well as companies “on the bubble.”

Aaron also holds a CPA license in the State of Hawaii but is not currently in
Public Practice.

Joel brings with him almost 16 years of experience in working
with large and small clients in a number of industries.
Joel's experience building, selling, and implementing
enterprise software products as well as being a member of
executive teams. After starting his career at
Accenture, Joel held leadership positions at OpenQ (KOL
Management and data), Source Medical (healthcare practice
management), Capital Stream (banking & leasing), InterWorld
(E-Commerce), and AlphaPath (Education). He also founded a
custom software development company focusing on offshore
development projects for software product companies and
mid-market IT organizations. Joel holds Bachelor of
Science Degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dan has over 25
years of experience in the Information Technology industry
and has held executive or board level positions at a number
of early stage as well as public companies.
Dan has worked with Accenture (Andersen Consulting)
where he became a key leader on global client accounts and
oversaw large complex projects.
Dan has also built teams and companies from nothing
into successful enterprises.
His diverse experience as an executive and leader
lends itself to addressing a multitude of client needs.
Dan received
his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University
and his Masters of Business Administration in Finance and
Economics from the University of Washington.
